Due to the recent DPRK governmental policy on humanitarian aid, CESVI has been requested to leave the country of operation by the end of December 2005. As a consequence, CESVI is forced to interrupt the project implementation. As foreseen in Chapter 24, Section A “Instructions to Tenderers” of the tender dossier, CESVI decided to cancel the procurement procedure for reasons of force majeure.

CESVI (Cooperazione e Sviluppo), an international NGO implementing the project "Assistance to IDPs from Ituri in 34 camps along the road Beni Luna" (ECHO/COD/BUD/2005/01016) financed by ECHO cancels the call for tender CESVI -BEN /001/ADM/05 of 25th April 2005 published in the New Vision on the 5th May 2005.
The call for tender is cancelled due to the requirement of further information about the call. All tenderers, who handed in their envelope can mail to CESVI Beni (cesvibeni@cesvi.org) indicating their address and phone number to receive written notice of cancellation.
